1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tong Dang Khoa as Chairman of BOD for the term 2022-2027
2. Approved the list of members of BOD for the term 2022-2027, including:

-          Nguyen Tong Dang Khoa: Chairman of BOD

-          Dang Duc Hien: member of BOD

-          Truong Khac Hoanh: member of BOD

-          Nguyen Cong Minh: member of BOD

-          Le Trong Thuan: member of BOD

-          Nguyen Anh Tuan: member of BOD.

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung as Director cum Legal Representative and Authorized Person in charge to disclose information from April 26, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh as Director cum Legal Representative and Authorized Person in charge to disclose information of the Company from April 26, 2022.
