The Board resolution dated August 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation with the following issues:

1)      Approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP and time for payment to buy shares until August 25, 2021:

-          Issuance volume: 15,000,000 shares

-          Ditributed volume: 5,423,700 shares, equivalent to the amount of VND81,355,500,000, accouting for 36.16%  of total shares expected to be issued.

-          Number of distributed employees: 129 persons

-          Unsold shares volume: 9,576,300 shares, equivalent to the amount of VND143,644,500,000, accouting for 63.84%  of total shares expected to be issued.

2)      Approved the distribution of unsold shares to Mr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, member of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer with 9,576,300 shares and the selling price of VND15,000/shares.

-          Time for transfer restriction:  03 years from the finish date of the issuance.

-          Time of implementation: August 31, 2021.
