According to the official document dated August 25, 2021 by the State Securities Commission, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company was approved the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure (the Covid-19 pandemic).

On August 25, 2021, the State Securities Commission issued a document regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company as follows:

Pursuant to Point 1, Article 8, Circular No.96/2020/TT-BTC dated 11/16/2020 by the Ministry of Financial guiding the disclosure of information on the securities market, “subjects of  information disclosure are entitled to suspend information disclosure in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics and other force majeure reasons. Subjects of  information disclosure must report to the State Securities Commission and the Stock Exchange on the suspension of information disclosure immediately upon the occurrence of the event (of which the reason for the suspension of information disclosure is clearly stated), and at the same time announce the suspension of information disclosure.”

The State Securities Commission asked Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations.
