On August 26, 2021, the State Securities Commission issued a document regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Yeah1 Group Corporation as follows:
Pursuant to Point 1, Article 8, Circular No.96/2020/TT-BTC dated 11/16/2020 by the Ministry of Financial guiding the disclosure of information on the securities market, “subjects of information disclosure are entitled to suspend information disclosure in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, fires, wars, epidemics and other force majeure reasons. Subjects of information disclosure must report to the State Securities Commission and the Stock Exchange on the suspension of information disclosure immediately upon the occurrence of the event (of which the reason for the suspension of information disclosure is clearly stated), and at the same time announce the suspension of information disclosure.”
The State Securities Commission asked Yeah1 Group Corporation to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations regulations (no later than September 20, 2021 as the request of the Company).
