Pursuant to the Official Document dated August 23, 2021 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) regarding the trading switch back to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (VFG) announces the last trading day on HNX and the first trading day on HOSE as follows:

-          Listed firm: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Stock code: VFG

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Charter capital: VND320,888,640,000.

-          Number of shares being traded on HNX: 32,088,864 shares

-          Number of shares to be switched back to HOSE: 32,088,864 shares

-          Last trading day on HNX: August 27, 2021

-          First trading day on HOSE: September 06, 2021.
