On July 22, 2021, Lam Son Sugar Joint Stock Corporation announces the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 2,325,850 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 2,325,850 shares

- Purpose: to supplement its working capital.

- Expected trading period: from July 30, 2021 to August 27, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
