The Board resolution dated July 23, 2021, the BOD of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of member of BOD – Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lam Hong. Accordingly, the BOD will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders about this resignation.

2)      Approving the report on Corporate Governance in six months of 2021.

3)      Approving the business result in six months of 2021 of parent company:

-          Total revenue:                   628.79 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                  72.60 billion dongs

-          To pay the state budget:      14.63 billion dongs.

4)      Approving the business plan in Quarter 3/2021 (parent company):

-          Total revenue:       318.50 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:     10 billion dongs

-          To pay the state budget:   19.84 billion dongs.

5)      Approving the adjustment of Phuoc Hoa Rubber  - Kampong Thom project  in the phase 2 with total value of investment of VND58,137,496,987 dongs.
