2) Approving the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2020:
- Stock name: Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND2,644,945,820,000
- Expected issuance volume: 39,674,187 shares
- Total value (at par value): VND396,741,870,000
- Charter capital after the issuance
- Issuance purpose: to issue shares for 2020 dividend payment.
- Issue ratio: 15%
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, shareholder A owns 1,550 shares. With 15% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,550*15/100 = 232.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 232 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.
