On July 09, 2021, Petrovietnam General Services Corporation announces the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 3,029,600 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 3,029,600 shares

- Selling purpose: to supplement capital for the company’s business and development investment.

- Expected trading period: from July 20, 2021 to August 18, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching or put through

- Trading price: no less than VND18,000/share.
