The Board resolution dated June 07, 2021, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Tradico) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung as representative of contributed capital of Tradico in BCG Land JSC.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Le Thi Mai Loan as representative of contributed capital of Tradico in BCG Land JSC with the contributed capital value of VND734,000,000,000, equivalent to 73,400,000 shares, accounting for 36.70% charter capital of BCG Land JSC.
