The Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International (SFI) approved a 15% cash dividend payment as follows:

-          Final cash dividend payment for 2020: 5% (the first payment for 2020 was made with a payment ratio of 10%)

-          Interim dividend payment for 2021: 10%

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit in the 2020 audited financial statements of SFI

-          Record date: June 22, 2021.
