The Board resolution dated June 07, 2021, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam as representative of contributed capital of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in BCG Land JSC.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung – Deputy Chairman of BOD cum Deputy Chief Executive Officer as representative of contributed capital of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in BCG Land JSC with the contributed capital value of VND1,256,400,000,000, equivalent to 125,640,000 shares, accounting for 62.82% charter capital of BCG Land JSC.
