Bach Viet Co., Ltd.

-          Revenue: 420,000 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 4,500 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 3,600 million dongs

Camau Trading Joint Stock Company (consolidated):

-          Revenue: 3,800,000 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 32,000 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 25,600 million dongs

-          Dividend: 12%

3)      Approving the wage plan for 2021.

4)      Approving to authorize mortgage of property and conduct credit relations with Ca Mau Branch of Vietcombank with a credit limit of 200 billion dongs; Ca Mau Branch of Vietinbank with a credit limit of 185 billion dongs; Ca Mau Branch of Sacombank with a credit limit of 35 billion dongs; Ca Mau Branch of Oceanbank with a credit limit of 50 billion dongs.

5)      Approving the plan for lending Bach Viet Co., Ltd.

6)      Approving to dissolve the branch of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company in Hau Giang, the branch of Consumer Goods Distribution Store and Dinh Binh Gas Filling Station.
