1)      To make the second cash dividend payment for 2020:

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000

−        Payment method: in cash

−        Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000 dongs/share)

−        Record date: May 24, 2021

−        Payment date: June 10, 2021. 

2)      To choose RSM Vietnam Auditing & Consulting Limited to audit the 2021 financial statements of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2.
