The Board resolution dated April 28, 2021, the BOD of The PAN Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan to contribute capital in Khang An Foods Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Current charter capital: 234 billion dongs

-          Charter capital after increasing: 350 billion dongs (PAN contributed 100 billion dongs, accounting for 28.57 charter capital of Khang An Foods).
