The Board resolution dated April 27, 2021, the BOD of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company as from April 27, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Van Nguyen as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company as from April 27, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tuan as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company as from April 27, 2021.

4)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Vu Thi Quynh Trang as Chief Accountant of the Company as from April 27, 2021.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Khanh as Person in charge of Corporate Governance as from April 27, 2021.
