On April 24, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.138/QD-SGDHCM to change the stock TTF of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation from warning status to supervision status from May 06, 2019 because the undistributed after-tax profit in 2017 was -1,406.8 billion dongs, the after-tax profit of parent company in 2018 was -715.1 billion dongs.
On April 10, 2021, HOSE the 2020 audited financial statements from Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation. Accordingly, the consolidated after-tax profit of the parent company was 30.5 billion dongs and the accumulated loss at December 31, 2020 was -3,043 billion dongs. Besides, the audit company gave an emphasized opinion on the continuous operation ability of the company group.
Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock TTF.
