The Board resolution dated April 14, 2021, the BOD of DIGIWORLD CORP approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the adjustment of planning stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-          Stock name: DIGIWORLD CORP

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Current charter capital: VND 431,517,470,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 43,000,278 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,200,000 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 12,000,000,000

-          Selling price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year.

2)      Approving the adjustment of the time for transference restriction in the stock issuance under ESOP regulation.

3)      Approving the list of employees to participate the purchase of shares in the stock issuance under ESOP.
