The Board resolution dated March 23, 2021, the BOD of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To cancel the record date (March 26, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021.

2)      To postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on April 23, 2021. The company will take place before June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
