1)      Application for the public offering;

2)      Prospectus;

3)      Articles of Association;

4)      Resolution of Annual General Meeting dated June 16, 2020;

5)      The Board resolution on approving and implementing the plan to issue shares for increasing charter capital;

6)      The Board resolution on changing the purpose and plan for capital use from the public offering;

7)      Copy of the latest changes in Business Registration Certificate;

8)      Audited Separate and consolidated financial statements in 2018, 2019 and 2020;

9)      Copy of consulting contract that signed with BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (BSC);

10)    Other related documents.
