On December 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) approved the following issues:

1)      The amendment to the internal governance rules.

2)      The amendment to the regulations of the Board of Directors.

3)      The remuneration of members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors and Secretary Board in 2021:

-          Members of the Board of Directors:

• Chairman: VND13,000,000/month
• Member of the Board of Directors: VND10,000,000/person/month

-          Members of the Board of Supervisors:

• Head of the Board of Supervisors: VND8,000,000/month
• Member of the Board of Supervisors: VND6,000,000/person/month

-          Secretary Board: VND5,000,000/person/month.
