According to Board Resolution No.53 dated December 01, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the investment in subsidiaries, joint ventures, as follows:

1)      My Khang Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Current charter capital: VND5,000,000,000

-          Total investment (contributed capital): VND80,000,000,000

-          Ownership ratio after the capital contribution: 99.994%

-          Purpose: to raise the working capital of subsidiaries.

2)      Hung Khang Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Current charter capital: VND14,000,000,000

-          Total investment (contributed capital): VND46,000,000,000

-          Ownership ratio after the capital contribution: 99.998%

-          Purpose: to raise the working capital of subsidiaries.
