On December 15, the BoD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company issued a resolution with the following contents:

1)      To implement the plan for offering 181,311,631 shares to existing shareholders, replacing the private placement of 181,311,631 shares.

2)      To approve the offering price in the share offering to existing shareholders to be VND15,000/share.

3)      To implement the plan for offering 181,311,631 shares to existing shareholders:

-          Estimated offering volume: 181,311,631 shares

-          Total offering value: VND1,813,116,310,000

-          Issue ratio on the outstanding volume: 12.2633%

-          Offering price: VND15,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 100:12.2633

-          Issue time: in December 2021 or Quarter I, II of 2022, after the State Securities Commission approves the offering.
