Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated December 16, 2021, which was convened in the form of balloting shareholders in writing:

1)      Approving the adjustment of the 2021 net sales target to VND 3,800 billion.

2)      Approving the adjustment of the 2021 after-tax profit target to VND 450 billion.

3)      Approving the adjustment of the 2021 dividend plan to be 50%/charter capital in stock and/or cash.

4)      Approving the investment policy in a paper production joint stock company with an expected investment of VND 1,000 billion.

5)      Approving the adjustment of the Company’s business lines.

6)      Approving the amendment to the Company’s Charter related to the changes of business lines.
