On December 14, 2021, Viet Nam Airlines JSC announces the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 to approve the following contents:

1) Approving the change of business lines and the amendment of charter.

2) Approving the result of the reappointment of Mr. Ta Manh Hung as member of BOD from December 14, 2021.

3) Approving the result of the appointment of Mr. Dinh Viet Tung as member of BOD from December 14, 2021.

4) Approving the result of the appointment of Mr. Truong Van Phuoc as Independent member of BOD from December 14, 2021.

5) Approving the resignation of M. Nguyen Thanh Tung as member of Supervisory Board.

6) Approving the result of the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan as member of Supervisory Board from December 14, 2021.
