The Board resolution dated December 14, 2021, the BOD of Son Ha Sai Gon Join Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the plan for handling the fractional shares in the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 5%

-          Record date: December 08, 2021

-          Issuance volume: 1,592,699 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 1,592,493 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 2,019 shareholders

-          Fractional shares volume: 206 shares. These shares will be distributed to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
