The Board resolution dated December 07, 2021, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1) Approving the record date to implement rights to buy shares of existing shareholders:

- Record date: December 21, 2021

- Time for rights transference: from December 28, 2021 to January 11, 2022

- Time for subscription and payment: from December 28, 2021 to January 17, 2022.

2) Approving the time to distribute shares in the private placement:

- Payment time: from December 28, 2021 to January 18, 2022

- Bank for blocking depository money:
