The Board resolution dated December 07, 2021, the BOD of MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw capital in Meco Real Estate Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 1,350,000 shares

-          Transfer price: VND10,000/share.

These shares have been transferred to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh who is an internal person of the company.
