The Board resolution dated November 10, 2021, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved to cancel the record date to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 at the Board resolution No.75 dated October 19, 2021 regarding the approval of the plan for holding the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021.

Reason for change: due to the outbreak of Covid – 19 pandemic.
