The Board resolution dated November 11, 2021, the BOD of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the record date to pay cash dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 2.5%/par value (250 dongs/share)

-          Record date: November 30, 2021

-          Payment time: December 14, 2021.

2)      Approving the record date to pay stock dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: November 30, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 10% (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share).
