-          Stock name: City Auto Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Stock code: CTF

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 68,300,000 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,098,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): 40,980,000,000 dongs

-          Issuance ratio: 6%

-          Exercise ratio: 100:6 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 06 new shares.)

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND723,980,000,000

-          Issuance form: to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment.

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 109 shares. With 100:6 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 109*6/100 =6.54 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 06 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.54 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: Quarter 4/2021 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
