1)      Approving the result of handling the unsold shares in the public offering in 2021:

-          Remaining shares: 0 share

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Total proceeds: VND15,157,760,000.

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

2)      Approving the result of public offering in 2021:

-          Stock code: VIX

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares successfully distributed: 146,876,254 shares; Of which:

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 19,157,279 shares

+ Stock offering to existing shareholders: 126,203,199 shares

+ Unsold shares: 1,515,776 shares

-          Total shares after the offering: 274,595,229 shares

-          Charter capital after the offering: VND2,745,952,290,000.

3)      Approving the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
