The Board resolution dated October 01, 2021, the BOD of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND33,495,139,180,000 to VND43,543,674,880,000 (equivalent to 4,354,367,488 shares) due to the stock issuance to pay dividend.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
