On September 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Reduce the investment capital in Can Tho Urban Development Joint Stock Company:

-          Initial investment: VND125,000,000,000

-          Investment after the reduction: VND1,249,950,000

-          Holding ratio after the reduction: 83.33%

-          Time of implementation: 01 year.

2)      Disburse capital to invest in the Company’s on-going projects such as wind power project, solar power project, Nhon Hoi Water Plant, etc.

3)      The Company’s information disclosure regulations.
