The Board resolution dated October 11, 2021, the BOD of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the record date to implement the 2020 stock dividend payment and to implement rights to buy shares with details as follows:

1)      Record date: October 25, 2021

2)      To pay stock dividend for 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 100:8 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 08 new shares)

3)      Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 2:1

-          Time for rights transference: from November 01, 2021 to November 16, 2021

-          Time for subscription and payment: from November 01, 2021 to November 22, 2021.

4)      To offer shares to the public through auction.
