On January 12, 2021, Kosy Joint Stock Company announces an extension on the time to implement rights in the public offering as follows:

- Time for rights transference: from January 06, 2021 to January 29, 2021 (instead of January 06, 2021 to January 19, 2021);

- Time for subscription and deposit: from January 06, 2021 to February 01, 2021 (instead of January 06, 2021 to January 26, 2021).
