The Board resolution dated January 13, 2021, the BOD of SAM Holdings Corporation approved the plan to establish subsidiary “Nam Tay Nguyen Development and Investment Joint Stock Company” with the first charter capital of VND 250 billion dongs and the next second phase for capital contribution will be agreed later.

Capital structure: the contribution capital ratio of SAM Holdings holds 80% of expected charter capital. Capella Quang Nam holds 15% of expected charter capital. Other shareholders hold 5% of expected charter capital.

To appoint Mr. Tran Viet Anh as the representative of contributed capital of VND 200 billion, equivalent to 20,000,000 shares, accounting for 80% charter capital of SAM Holdings in Nam Tay Nguyen Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.
