DLG: Board resolution on capital contribution

According to the Board resolution dated September 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company decided to invest capital by its land use rights and assets attached to the land including Quang Phu Dairy Farm and infrastructure, etc. worth VND43 billion in Quang Phu 1 Highland Farm One-member Limited Company, as follows:

− Location of the land: Quang Phu commune, Krong No district, Dak Nong province

− Area: 707,800 m2

Besides, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company will contribute the remaining capital of VND7 billion. After completing the procedures of capital contribution, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company will own 100% of stake at Quang Phu 1 Highland Farm One-member Limited Company.
