Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated September 24, 2020 as follows:

1) Approving the Proposal No.25 dated September 10, 2020 regarding the bond payment guarantee of subsidiary.

2) Approving the Proposal No.26 dated September 10, 2020 regarding the adjustment/change of the plan to issue shares to existing shareholders.

3) Approving the Proposal No.27 dated September 10, 2020 regarding the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter.

4) Approving the Proposal No.28 dated September 10, 2020 regarding the amendment, supplement of Ccorporate Governance Regulation.
