On September 16, 2020, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 121,014 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 121,014 shares

- Purpose: to carry out the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 24, 2020 on selling the treasury shares that the company bought shares from the employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP 2018-2019.

- Expected trading period: September 2020

- Trading price: VND 12,000/share

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
