Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) received Certificate No.187/GCN-UBCK dated September 15, 2020 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam regarding the bond public offering of CII as follows:

1)      Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company       

-          Short name: CII

-          Address: 03A Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao ward, district 1, HCMC

-          Charter capital: VND2,831,681,520,000

2)      Securities:

-          Securities type: non-convertible, unsecured bond, no warrants

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Total issue volume: 1,194,191 bonds

-          Total issue value at par value: VND1,194,191,000,000.

-          Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.

-          Offering method: according to the Company’s prospectus.
