The Board resolution dated September 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares of Nhon Hoi Water Joint Stock Company (NHW) in the private placement as follows:

- Buying volume: 3,400,000 shares

- Buying price: VND 10,000

- Total value of capital contribution: VND 34,000,000,000.
