According to the Board resolution dated September 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company for Telecoms and Informatics approved the following issues:
1) To collect shareholders’ written opinions on the addition of business lines:
- Sector code 92001: Lottery activities
- Sector code 6311, 6312: Information portals.
2) To collect shareholders’ written opinions on participating in the bid (and signing contracts if winning) of package “Equipment for expanding IP network in 2020-2021” in VNPT Net. This is a package with a big value more than 35% of total assets of Joint Stock Company for Telecoms and Informatics according to the financial statements at December 31, 2019.
