The Board resolution dated September 09, 2020, the BOD of City Auto Corporation approved the plan to issue shares for dividend payment with the following details:

-          Stock name: City Auto Corporation

-          Stock code: CTF

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 45,539,968 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,098,597 shares

-          Total value: VND 40,985,971,200

-          Issue ratio: 9% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 09 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will not be restricted transfer.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 109 shares. With 9% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 109 *9/100 = 9.81 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 09 new shares and fractional shares of 0.81 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          These shares will be freely transferred.
