II.Purpose of issuance: In order to supplement working capital for business and production operation and create motivation for employees.

- Number of outstanding shares: 23,744,965 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 0 share
  1. Number of shares expected to be issued: 400,000 shares
  2. Expected raised capital: VND 4,000,000,000
  3. Issuing rate: 1.68%
  4. Capital resources: the audited undistributed profit after tax of 2019
  5. Record date: 21/09/2020
  6. Share transfer: shares issued under ESOP are under transfer restriction within 12 months since the completion date of the issuance.
