The Board resolution dated August 19, 2020, the BOD of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group approved to pay remaining dividends for 2019 as follows:

- Exercise ratio: 30%/par value (3,000 dongs/share); Of which:

- Record date: September 04, 2020

- Payment date: September 22, 2020.
