The Board resolution dated August 18, 2020, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin as Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Financial Manager of the Company from August 18, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Van Dat as Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Financial Manager of the Company from August 18, 2020.

3)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong - Deputy chairman of BOD as member of Internal Audit Committee of the Company from August 18, 2020.

4)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Dinh Quang Hoa – member of BOD as Head of Internal Audit Committee of the Company from August 18, 2020.

5)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Thai Phong as Independent member of BOD cum Audit Committee of the Company from August 18, 2020.

6)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia as member of Internal Audit Committee of the Company from August 18, 2020.
