- Name of issuer: Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation
- Stock code: BCM
- Securities type: common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Total delisted volume: 1,035,000,000 shares
- Total delisted par value: VND 10,350,000,000,000
- Delisting date: 20/08/2020
- Last trading day on HNX: 19/08/2020
- Reason for delisting on HNX: the Company has been approved to list on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. The delisting of BCM shares is based on Point d, Item 1, Article 6, Circular No. 180/2015/TT-BTC providing guidance on registration of securities trading on the trading system of unlisted securities issued by Ministry of Finance on 13/11/2015.
