Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated August 07, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved to contribute money to purchase stake in VKT - Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company in the private placement to raise capital:

- Buying volume: 5,740,000 shares

- Buying price: 10,000 dongs

- Contribution value: 57,400,000,000 dongs

- Contribution method: in cash, assets, debt clearing.
