The Board resolution dated May 28, 2020, the BOD of T Petrolimex Gas Corporation - JSC approved to pay cash dividend for 2019 as follows:

- Exercise ratio: 20%/share (2,000 dongs/share)

- Record date: June 10, 2020

- Payment date: June 26, 2020.
